Due to all its properties, Green tea is great to lower cholesterol, lose weight and prevent premature aging, as it contains antioxidants. It has been shown that tea has properties that help lower cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular disease, protect the skin from ultraviolet rays and can even help lose weight. What makes green tea so beneficial is that polyphenols, which are nutrients that are naturally found in tea, are not destroyed in the fermentation process. These substances act as powerful antioxidants and are responsible for many of the benefits of green tea. These antioxidants help to prevent the damage caused to the cells by free radicals, and therefore help prevent many problems such as cancer, also to avoid clogging arteries and to reduce high blood pressure.

Stevia sweetens naturally and without calories, and is one of the few natural substitutes for sugar ... it is a South American plant that has been used extensively by the Indians of Paraguay and Brazil for centuries. It is also called "sweet leaf" because of its flavor and it is precisely for this reason that a much sweeter substance is extracted from this leaf than regular sugar which makes it an ally of diets and diabetics.

The main benefits of Stevia are that it has zero calories, regulates blood glucose levels which is a great benefit for diabetics, reduces anxiety for food or is an ideal ally to lose weight, improves functions gastrointestinal, is an ally of the teeth against bacterial plaque, counteracts fatigue, and has also been used as a treatment against stains and pimples.

The natural sweetener we use sweetens twice as much as ordinary sugar, making it ideal for reducing caloric intake. It contains only 5 calories per 1.2 g serving. It is a great choice among low-calorie sweeteners since it has the advantage that it is of natural origin and there are no contraindications for its use in people with PKU, pregnant women and children. It does not contain aspartame and retains the same taste of sugar without leaving a trace and can be used in the same way as table sugar is used.

The cranberry is a small red fruit, similar to a cherry and grape. But unlike its size, its health benefits are great. Today, thanks to numerous investigations such as those carried out by the Citrus Health and Nutrition Research Advisory Council of the Department of Florida in the United States, it is known that cranberry provides us with nutrients such as vitamin C and calcium, and more importantly, his double power.
Cranberry is one of the fruits with the highest content of antioxidants, which are substances responsible for "trapping" the free radicals that our body produces and which interfere with its proper functioning, helping us to prevent diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases, Recent studies have shown that this fruit protects the cells of the body, increasing the levels of "good" cholesterol in the blood, improves circulation, reduces cardiovascular inflammation and prevents clogging of the arteries.
Cranberry has proanthocyanidins, substances with an anti-adherent function in the body, which makes bacteria harmful to our body such as Helicobacter pylori, among others, do not adhere to the walls of the gastrointestinal tract, preventing its proliferation and therefore the damage to our body. The digestive system begins with the mouth and the non-stick power also begins in the mouth, as it prevents the proliferation of bacteria in it, preventing dental plaque, the main cause of gingivitis and caries. Following with the digestive tract, it also helps to avoid stomach ulcers.
Infections in the urinary tract are increasingly common and in many cases recurrent. This disease in most cases is caused by Escherichia coli. In fact almost half of women experience a urinary tract infection at least once in their life. Cranberry helps prevent urinary tract infections, because thanks to its non-stick power prevents bacteria from proliferating in these pathways. Studies conducted at Harvard University reveal that cranberry helps reduce urinary tract infections in women.
